The 7 Smartphone Accessories I’m Using Right Now

posted in: Uncategorized | 0

I ask a lot of my phone. I bring it everywhere, like some high-tech security blanket, and I rely on it more than anyone should. I work from home and often telecommute, so the best smartphone accessories are crucial. I have the opportunity to try countless chargers, cases, earbuds and more, and these are my latest picks.

The Case

Because my phone is always with me, I keep other important things, like my ID, some cash, a couple of credit cards and a spare key right there with it. The FYY Wallet Case for Galaxy S7 holds all my essentials while protecting my phone. This leather case looks very high-end, but it’s under $10! One of my favorite budget-friendly finds ever.
The Earbuds

Zagg Zipbuds SLIDE Sport Earbuds with Mic sound great for music and calls, are durable, colorful (which you know I love!), tangle-free and, best of all, guaranteed for life.

The Mobile Chargers

I’m more than a little obsessed with mobile chargers, and I have three favorites:

The Neptor 5600 mAh Dual Port Fast Charging External Portable Battery Pack is compact and lightweight for 5600mAh (it will charge your phone at least twice). It comes in several fun colors, has a matching lanyard and micro USB cable, 2 ports and a flashlight and it’s affordably-priced at $25.

The Ventev Powercell 6000+ Combination Wall Charger and Backup Battery is a bit big, but it’s lightweight for its size. It has 2 ports, and what’s really unique is that it plugs into a wall socket, so you can replenish it at an outlet, if need be. I find this feature very helpful when I’m traveling.

If you really need the big guns, go for the Satechi 10000 mAh Portable Energy Station Extended Battery Charger Pack, which is normally about $100 but it’s priced at $14.99 right now. Snag one of these now! 10,000 mAh is a lot of power and will charge your phone multiple times and your tablet at least twice.

The Speaker
For music at your desk, the tiny Kinivo ZX100 Mini Portable Speaker with Rechargeable Battery and Enhanced Bass Resonator can be used via Bluetooth or with the attached plug. It delivers a nice, full sound, comes in lots of colors, and as I write this, it’s priced at $11 (it’s normally about $30).

For BIG booming sound, especially for the beach, pool or a campground, check out the waterproof and tough-as-nails Altec Lansing Life Jacket Bluetooth Speaker.
